We have developed an “On your lot” division of our company to provide the same exceptional design and construction process for clients with interest in building on a site they may already own or are intending to purchase. Bos Homes is accustomed to the unique challenges that come with each potential building site. We offerour experience and knowledge as a service and support in helping each client eliminate the intimidation and unknown factors associated with preparing the site for home construction.

The home you build with David C. Bos “On your lot” may be designed from our Custom Process or can be chosen out of one of our Home Plan Collections. No matter which design process you choose, the architectural integrity and quality of your home, budget, and your lifestyle will all be a priority.
